Sales Engineer Parts, Maintenance & Service

Main role:

The purpose of the Sales Engineer is to  take full responsibility of developing the Parts, Maintenance & Service business line within the Romanian market.

Main responsibilities:

-       Implementation of Parts, Maintenance & Service strategy within the country with clear objectives to develop the sales, invoicing and gross margin figures

-       Proactive business approach with focus on growth opportunities using properly the installed base, building market plans and evaluating existing customers’ needs and potential

-       Development of resources and competencies in line with the business potential and encourage initiatives and support collaborators with high potential

-       Clearly communicate towards the organization up and down and proactively ensure cooperation with other business lines

Requirements:

-       Technical University degree ideally in mechanics in order to ensure deep understanding of technical issues

-       Proven successful experience within Sales of Parts, Maintenance & Service products / solutions for construction and real estate industries

-       Excellent command of Romanian and English

-       Proficient in using the PC, former experience in working with CRM tools would be an advantage

-       Availability for extensive travelling around Romanian territory
